  • Meet and greet new players at BBQ after practice on Thursday 28th Feb.

  • Senior Trial  March 16 v Colonel Light Gardens at Webb oval for A, B and C Grades from 1.30pm B/C Grade and 3.30pm for A Grade
  • Training Commences for A,B and C Grade on Tuesday 15th January at Webb Oval at 6pm.
  • Glenunga Awarded $5000 Grant through the Office of Recreation and Sports Active Sports Program. The funds will be used for sporting equipment, medical equipment and training among other purposes.
  • Glenunga will field a team in the South Australian Womens Football League U18 Competition. Anyone interested in playing or in assisting in team management should contact Stuart Waters on 0411235744 
  • Glenunga Reserve Redevelopment. Burnside Council is proceeding with a final community consultation on the proposed redevelopment of the Glenunga reserve comprising Webb and Margaret Bond Ovals. If approved in full, the proposal will involve the expenditure of an estimated $8.4m on a new community hub including upgradinging of the oval plus new changerooms and sporting club rooms. Final approval is expected in the first part of the new year with work to begin in the latter part of 2013.

Glenunga Football Club in 2013 is fielding teams in Division 5, Division 5 Reserves and C4 in the SAAFL.

It also is fielding Junior teams in the Metro South Competition, in ages from Under 8 through to Under 15 and an U18 Womens Team. Refer to the Junior page for full details and contact information.
